Spinmama reserves the right to withhold payouts until all required identity and security checks are completed. We may not charge deposit fees on our end, but banks or payment service providers may charge their own expenses.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to your account at any time and without prior notice if there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination, unlawfully acquired credits will be forfeited; lawfully acquired property will be paid out in accordance with legal provisions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. All disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts in Germany, provided that no mandatory consumer protection provisions stipulate otherwise.
